Good to know. It seems that the most common use cases can be handled
relatively easily by maintaining puppetdb-termini in stretch-backports
in addition to Stretch itself, so Debian stable users at least can
choose between using a PuppetDB corresponding to the version of Puppet
shipped in Stretch, or or a more up-to-date one.
