Bug#747824: Package dependencies

Ok, I've run npm2deb to create a list of the node-dependencies required
for building and running atom, according to their package.json. Please
note that some of the dependencies might be only applicable to the build
process on other operating systems. [0]

I think that the npm/node dependencies should go to the Javascript
Packaging Team, but atom and its other dependencies might indeed benefit
from an own packaging team, so it would be nice if someone could request
one as I can't due to me being a regular Debian Contributer.
