Bug#816024: xdo seems like a bit of a name collision with xdotool and libxdo

hi there--

https://bugs.debian.org/816024 reports packaging of a utility named
"xdo"

There is already a debian source package named xdotool, which provides
libxdo and xdotool, so the name is a little bit confusing.
additionally, the xdo binary appears to perform basically the same
functionality as xdotool does.  and xdotool provides a library, which
can itself be used elsewhere (including python bindings).

Does debian need both of them?  are there special features (or better
engineering) in xdo?  can we consolidate somehow?
