Basically yes.
I don't really consider a name change to be imposing on downstreams,
though, as I don't expect downstreams that have already packaged it
would change their package names. But it is definitely an annoyance.
I don't think putting gtk3 in the name is a great idea, since libgames-
support will probably switch to GTK+ 4 eventually.
