I've worked on the package and it's getting ready to get uploaded. The package is needed for updating Pybtex (#818183) and pending for seven months now. The email address "<spam@..." suggests that the owner couldn't be contacted that way, although I've tried. I'm putting the package within the Python Modules Team.
