I noticed that r-cran-dplyr is not listed in the new queue any more but
is also not in Debian.  Just let us know if you need any help with this
package.  I'd also volunteer to commit your work to Debian Science VCS
if you would make it somehow available for the public.

I have an urgent interest to get this package into Debian quickly.
