Hi,

is this package still useful? Popcon reports a single installation at
the moment (the maximum was 16 in 2008).

hapm is at the moment the only package left depending on heartbeat,
which the Debian HA group would rather like to get removed as we have
corosync.

Could we remove hapm from Debian?
