hub is a command line tool that wraps git in order to extend it with
extra features and commands that make working with GitHub easier.

this is the offical github commandline client.

i couldn't find trace of this package in the archive yet, although there
is a `git-hub` binary, which is pretty confusing, that is a different
unofficial client.
