Description : CLI tool for obtaining certs from Let's Encrypt

This a CLI tool for the Let's Encrypt certification authority [1] which allows to obtain
and install free certificates from the project [2]. It's programmed as an application in Python.

There are requirements missing for packaging this like python-acme [3], I'm going through
them and file new WNPP bugs in the next days.
