Hello Cameron,

Glad to see that Universal-ctags is taking shape :).

As we have already commented in Universal-ctags issue
#655[1], I don't see the need of adding the debian folder into
the repo (as Debian will not use it), but feel free to add one
if you see fit, for building your own unofficial .debs.

For documenting, I will say here too that I'm waiting for issue
#92[2] and that I need to use the configure flag implemented in
in #580[3], which all bounds to have Universal-ctags with defined
configuration folders.
