Bug#801307: ITP: pybtex-docutils -- A docutils backend for pybtex



I think you should consider packaging it under DPMT as it has
potential (and even real) applications in other packages. of course
seqan belongs to deb-med, I do think that a general py module should
belong to a general py module team.
