Bug#697821: ITP: ppsspp -- ppsspp: A portable PSP emulator.

So, I just had a look at the latest package version you put up on
mentors and I can't even install the build dependencies:

(experimental-amd64-sbuild)root@z6:/# apt-get install libpng16-dev
libfreetype6-dev
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
 libfreetype6-dev : Depends: libpng-dev
E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.
(experimental-amd64-sbuild)root@z6:/#

How did you manage to build the package on your machine? And is there
no way to use an older version of libpng? I don't understand why the
PPSSPP developers thought it would be a good idea to build against
libpng16 when libpng12 is still the default version.
