I have to ask: do you think you will have enough time to properly
maintain this package?

I really don't mean to be rude, and it is not my intention contest your
ITA (and FTR, I'm not interested in taking over myself). It just that a
quick check showed me that you already maintain 150+ packages, and a
look at the shadow tracker shows a significant number of work items.

Again, I really don't mean to offend. I merely agree that src:shadow is
a vital system package, and hence you'll hopefully understand my concerns.

Would you be willing to give this bug some time, and see if any more
contributors step up, opening perhaps a possibility of reviving the team?

Regards,
Christian
