Bug#759598: What's the status of the packaging effort?

Hi,

I think I ran out of time before the jessie freeze to upload moment.js, and then forgot about this bug.

Please feel free to take over this ITP, because I'm unlikely to get back round to it soon.  I still seem to have the packaging lying around, but I don't think I've done any significant work on it.
