Parse::BBCode parses common bbcode like

  [b]bold[/b] [size=10]big[/size]

short tags like

  [foo://test]

and custom bbcode tags.

The package will be maintained under the Debian Perl Group umbrella
and is a dependency of libtext-markup-perl, see #792077.
