This is a set of tools for robust digital watermarking of images in the spatial-,
DCT-, and wavelet domain, implementing several algorithms:
Bruyndonckx, Corvi, Cox, Dugad, Fridrich, Kim, Koch, Kundur, Wang, Xia, Xie,
Zhu, Piva/Fotopoulos


The license seems to be something like public domain, according to the PDF manual:
