That's an unfounded assumption (lack of answer should not be assumed
as hostility). Instead, the assumption should be that an honest error
was made, unless there is compelling evidence to the contrary.

Since it's also incorrect (i.e. lack of response was in this case not
due to hostility), I will undo those changes to this bug report, and
update it, by merging with another.

I'll respond to the earlier message separately.
