Just a quick follow up. I talked to Ullrich and for him the correct
years would be 1998-2013. I have also sent a message to John with the
same question now.
Oliver, what range for the years would be valid for you?
As for the other contributors, I think we can just put "and
contributors" after the name of the main author.
