Kosmosfs is obsolete and recently I tried its successor --
Quantcast File System:
https://github.com/quantcast/qfs
My impression: it is rubbish and I would recommend to avoid packaging it
for Debian until it matures substantially.
Even then I'd probably check RozoFS first as it appears to have greater
potential but also not ready to be used yet.
