It’s currently used (as an embedded copy) by the Music application for ownCloud (as provided by owncloud-apps). The goal will be to provide the Flash 8 shim (currently deactivated) since the build toolchain is already available in Debian (not yet for the Flash 9 one though), and will be maintained inside the ownCloud for Debian maintainers team
