Bug#415701: rt-extension-commandbymail packaging

Hi there!

I see there is an ITP/RFP for this package (rt-extension-commandbymail).

I would like to know if anyone is working on it, or if there is a
half-done package or something.
Also, if it would be OK for the Debian Request Tracker Group to
sponsor such package.

Any information/advice is welcome.
