 Hierarchical matrices are sparse approximations of dense matrices, based
 on low rank approximations.  This library implements basic algebraic
 operations on H-matrices, as well as LU, LLt and LDLt factorizations.

This package is needed by upcoming OpenTURNS 1.5 release, there is a
license exception which allows using it in this package.
It will be maintained within Debian science.
