Hi Lucas, I did this packaging ... actually many times as Intel released multiple version of their SDK. I did not manage to define clearly if those "repackaged RPM" could be distributed or not. Knowing the Debian policy ... you know this story better than me :) This is somehow linked to the "Xeon Phi" story discussed on the "Debian Science" list.
