The packaging for libjchart2d-java is available from here: http://anonscm.debian.org/cgit/pkg-java/libjchart2d-java.git I have moved the package under the umbrella of the Debian Java team because I think it fits best into this team. At the moment I am waiting for someone who wants to review and sponsor jchart2d.
