This section of the Android sources provides some of the key tools used in
creating
APK files, which are the package file for Android apps.  While APKs are basically
just standard jars, which are basically just specially formatted ZIP files, there
are some key differences.  For example, this repo includes `zipalign`, which is
used to align the executable code to 32-bit binaries to make execution straight
out of the APK file more efficient.
