I see from the NEW queue that this uses wxwidgets2.8:

We're in the middle of a transition to eliminate wxwidgets2.8 from the
archive, so it's not helpful to be adding new packages which depend on
it:

Have you tried building wxastrocapture against wxwidgets3.0?
