This ITP/RFP has long been abandoned, but I would now like to maintain
it myself.
The primary VCS is svn, but there is a git mirror at
https://github.com/TinoDidriksen/cg3.git

I have already started on the debian control files, and figured it makes
sense to provide 3 packages: cg3, libcg3-0, libcg3-dev.
There is 1 lintian override for a .pl script installed to /usr/bin since
that's already used in the wild.
