As I was playing with the packaging of this lib, I'm currently
finalizing the packaging of the latest version of cmph.
I intend to adopt it. I'll upload the package to mentors in the next
few days (still some lintian infos and pedantics to correct and checks
to do about #715745).

@Jeff, still interested in working on Debian?
