Description : Mupen64Plus 2.0 GUI frontend written using wxWidgets

I wanted to use mupen64plus, but the version in sid doesn't have a gui. I was
informed that wxmupen64plus is currently the only good one (the rest seem to
be more hacks or only launcher applications).

In the light of this, it doesn't seem sensible to keep this RFP open.

idea.

If someone takes over upstream development, we can just reopen this
bug.
