Description : Rust is a safe, concurrent, practical language

Rust is designed to be a safe, concurrent, practical language,
supporting pure-functional, concurrent-actor, imperative-procedural,
and object-oriented styles.

The package is needed as it's a pre-requisite for using/installing
'servo'. The package could be in experimental and later when it has
matured to debian standards, move it to sid/unstable, testing and then
finally stable.

"Only a promise," Lao Er said.
