Bug#739860: There is already a source package tox in Debian

Hi Bartosz,

this is a headsup that there is already a source package tox in Debian
(binary package python-tox), and it is not possible that both packages
will have the same source package name in Debian.

Please agree with Barry on which package should have this source package 
name before uploading.
