A version of online C and C++ standard library reference manual
available at en.cppreference.com, suitable for viewing offline.

cppreference-doc contains a downloaded copy of a free online wiki [1]
that specializes in a C and C++ reference. Scripts for converting the
content to formats suitable for offline viewing are also included. These
scripts are executed at build time to produce documentation in three
formats: plain HTML, a Devhelp book and Qt Help book. Almost identical
package has been maintained in an Ubuntu personal package archive [2]
for over two years.
The scripts are maintained here [3]. The debian packaging is maintained
here [4]. The upstream tarball is released several times a year and
can be obtained here [5].
