I have developed some tools for peer-to-peer connection:
 - http://dashohoxha.github.io/p2p/
 - https://github.com/dashohoxha/p2p

I think that it may be useful to build .deb packages for installing
them on Debian and Ubuntu:
 - https://github.com/dashohoxha/p2p/issues/3

However I don't have experience with building such packages.
Anyway, I think that it is better if packaging is done by another
person, different from the developer.
