[1] clearly hints there's no such thing as a "CeCILL license",
and in fact there's several of them.  I think the concrete one used by
this piece of software should be mentioned, using its precise code name.

In computing, most people take the word "assembler" to mean a piece of
software which translates an assembly language of some sort to a form
directly runnable by the CPU of a target hardware platform.
Hence I think the description should be elaborated upon to make it
clear it has to do with DNA and not computer programming.
