 cppman is a tool to download C++ 98/11 manual from cplusplus.com. It
 creates a similar interface to the man command, and provides syntax
 highlight, hyperlink features.

Hi,

I intend to create a package for cppman, which is a python based, C++
98/11 manual reader which downloads the content from cplusplus.com on
the fly.
