Bug#729203: RFP: ffmpeg -- complete, cross-platform solution to record, convert and stream audio and video

I support the "RFP", too, reasons:

http://git.mplayer2.org/ liked it, but idle for months now, same maintainer as libav.
Have gone back to MPlayer1 (FFmpeg).
