 The bugs were left separated so users can find it with both names
(HHVM and hiphop-php). But well, merging now.

 Sure, but it seems it won't make it. libevent 1.x needs a real
maintainer. Until now, I don't see Facebook takes any step towards it.

 Good catch. The original bugreport (#727085) states BSD licensing as
well, but the source tree shows PHP License v3.01 only.
