Hello,

I went through your software library with more attention and I realized that
it is mostly a work in progress, so I am afraid that I will hardly be able to convince
any Debian Maintainer to sponsor it. I initially thought that it was a mature project.

Therefore, I will not Intend To Package mplapack: I am sorry for the caused noise.
