  Description     : Userland control for Linux team driver

The Linux 'team' network driver is an alternative to the bonding
driver.  It relies on userland for the control path (failover, LACP,
etc.)  This keeps the kernel driver relatively simple while providing
more flexibility than the bonding driver.

The libteam project a control daemon and utilities for the team
driver, not just a library.
