be the one uploading it, I just set myself as the owner of this ITP.

I'm still interested in it but right now I don't have time to maintain the package so please go ahead to upload it and take over the maintainership along with Justin.

I'll keep an eye on the package and jump in a co-maintainer later when/if time permits.
