Please readopt the removed scim-bridge package[1]. I have made a package in mentors.debian.org[2].
The reason for removal of the package was that no one wanted to work on this and upstream was inactive.
Now upstream has one or two active maintainers and I would like to maintain this package in Debian.

With the release of scim-1.4.14[1], scim-bridge in integrated into scim
and renamed to scim-im-agent. The latter is already in Debian[2].
Close as wontfix.
