Sorry, I should have been more clear. That is the bzr branch of the
packaging. It can be retrieved with:

$ bzr branch http://bzr.debian.org/bzr/collab-maint/kazam/unstable/

I just now put the actual package at:

http://people.debian.org/~asb/packages/kazam/
