Won't people think it's a u-boot package (I mean, like, a binary of
the boot loader) but for LaCie product ?
As I said, I'm really not good about names, so thank you very much for
trying to help me here.

I agree, I'm not a very big fan of python-package unless it's a python library.

I'm reading the documentation on how to do that (it's the first time I
try to add a package to debian as you may have imagined :))

What about :
Description     : lacie u-boot netconsole shell
?

Now the dumb question, to change the description, what do I do ? I
wasn't able to find that info in the docs :/
Should I also add a more detailed description at the end of the ITP ?
I did not write one but from what I see in the docs I should have.
