Bug#689854: RFA: pmount -- mount removable devices as normal user

Package: wnpp
Severity: normal

I request an adopter for the pmount package.

I still use pmount from time to time, but I'm not able to invest
energy in it for the time being, so it's better not to pretend I'm
still maintaining it. I'm the current upstream maintainer too, so the
adopter will have to take care of upstream too.

I'd be interested in team maintenance should the adopter wish to go
  that way.

The package description is:
pmount is a wrapper around the standard mount program which permits normal
users to mount removable devices without a matching /etc/fstab entry. This
provides a robust basis for automounting frameworks like GNOME's Utopia
project and confines the amount of code that runs as root to a minimum.
 .
If a LUKS capable cryptsetup package is installed, pmount is able to
 transparently mount encrypted volumes.

  Cheers,

        Vincent
