You seem to be my guilty conscience :-) Well, there actually was a follow-up in that I tried to submit php-xml-beautifier to Debian, which is a dependency of phpdocumentor. There were not only hard-to-fix issues, but also did the Authors state in one bugreport of theirs that their library is php4 *only* and php5 is not supported. Note that there is a new version of phpdocumentor, called phpdocumentor2, and it no longer depends on said xml-beautifier. But last time I've checked, they (a) didn't have a real release yet and (b) no support for tutorial-style documentation. I sure hope this changes soon, though. > Any public repository hosting the packaging for anyone to reuse ? As a matter of fact, yes. Check out this repository: http://apt.fsinf.at/dists/wheezy/all/all/ this contains packages for php-xml-beautifier, php-phpdocumentor and even php-phpdocumentor2. Note that none of them are really lintian-clean. greetings, Mati -- twitter: @mathiasertl | soup: http://soup.er.tl | xing: Mathias Ertl I only read plain-text mail! I prefer signed/encrypted mail!
