I created a fork/branch of gvl[0] (due to inactive upstream) and is
currently packaging this as an integral part of lierolibre (gvl was
pretty much always meant as being tied to liero, and _very_ unfit to be
a shared lib).

Hence I figured it made logical sense to merge the ITPs, since that's
what's happening in practice with the code... You think it's better to
close the ITP in this case?
