Bug#672212: RFH: ifupdown: please help adding GNU/Hurd support

While we still have some time before freeze, it may be not too late to
add GNU/Hurd support to 0.7 branch of ifupdown. For people familiar with
GNU/Hurd it shouldn't be too hard, I guess. Currently, I don't have
enough time for this, and I don't really have where to test it, so if
anyone is interested in having Hurd support, please help. I'd really
like if ifupdown 0.7 didn't drop Hurd, but with the current state of
things it's very likely to happen.
