I can help.
I was about to package it anyway, but found out that you already
packaged it just a day or two before me looked ;) So I started
sponsoring your packages until you become a DD.
I have a patch locally that removes references to celt from
the code, just like a POC, the code builds but I never actually
tried to run it yet, since my main development machine runs 32bit
userspace, and spice has issues on 32bits (only very recent git
version apparently fixes this long-standing issue).
So, if you accept me as a co-maintainer, I can try my best to
work it out, especially if upstream will finally release some
more or less working version ;)
