* Package name    : cxxtest
  Version         : 3.10.1
  Upstream Author : jaredgrubb <jaredgrubb@tigris.org> and kfitch <kfitch@tigris.org>
* URL             : http://cxxtest.tigris.org/
* License         : LGPLv2.1
  Programming Lang: C++
  Description     : a xUnit-like framework for C/C++

The following description has been taken from their website:

"CxxTest is focussed on being a lightweight framework that is well
suited for integration into embedded systems development projects.

CxxTest's advantages over existing alternatives are that it:

* Doesn't require RTTI
* Doesn't require member template functions
* Doesn't require exception handling
* Doesn't require any external libraries (including memory management,
file/console I/O, graphics libraries)
* Is distributed entirely as a set of header files (and a python
script).
* Doesn't require the user to manually register tests and test
suites

This makes it extremely portable and usable."

More information:

This version was released in August'08. However, developers are still
active as may be seen at forums. CxxTest is used in other testing
frameworks, like the mockpp library for building mock testing objects.

The original upstream source has been patched for being Debian
compliant.
