Bug#639584: Adopting GNUCash packaging

I am sorry that I didn't notice your mail in answer to Debian bug #639584
earlier. Apparently the BTS didn't forward it to me, but to the WNPP package
owner only (if at all).

The Gnucash package is now being worked on by a team that welcomes others to
join in. We strive to keep the package in shape and up to date with recent
packaging tools. A major concern is the current number of open bugs. We managed
to establish and maintain at least a falling trend in open bug count.
If you're still interested to join in, please subscribe to the gnucash package
in the PTS [1], so that you will receive the mails addressed to
gnucash@packages.debian.org too. We should then sort out what is needed next to
get you involved.
